🌟 Big things are happening in Quincy! 🌟

Today, the Port of Quincy hosted a roundtable discussion with the Director of the Washington State Department of Ecology and members of his leadership team, Colusa Indian Energy, Grant County EDC, Sabey Data Centers, and Microsoft. Together, we discussed the region’s rising energy demand and explored innovative solutions including a low‑emissions gas powered electricity generation project proposed for NE Quincy, solar power, battery storage, flexible load management, as well as energy efficiency and demand‑side measures.

Special thanks to Colusa for sharing their vision for the low‑emissions power project, and to Sabey for the behind‑the‑scenes tour of their state-of-the-art data center.

Collaboration like this powers progress—and we’re just getting started ⚡
