Warranty is voided if any alterations have been done to the structure of the container that would compromise its seal. Containers will be delivered with flooring in good condition. Flooring is not covered under any warranty. We are very transparent with our prices. No hidden fees or charges. Price + tax unless you are tax exempt. We need at least a 12ft opening to pull day cab tractor in with 47 f

oot trailer. We will not go over septic or well or under power lines. Not responsible for ruts in the lawn. Driver will use his own discretion to determine if deivery site and conditions are favorable to ensure no damage will be done to T&M Phillips equipment. Customers are responsible for checking county/town restrictions and obtaining permits if necessary.
