For anyone expecting FedEx packages for the last couple of days apparently they've got a new driver and he can't find us. I'll go looking for him today and guide him in if I can see him.

Due to the fact that we are closed for business and many customers have already transferred services to ironwood Outpost and moon mountain Mail as well as escapees and the local post office, our office hours for the remainder of the winter season 2026/27 will be Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. These hours will not change. However if you have an emergent situation and require a package outside of normal hours please contact us via [email protected] or text the business line at 928-842-0611. That number reaches all volunteers. Again, we love you and we appreciate the opportunity to serve you. We are here to assist you in any way possible during this transitional phase of your journeys.

Please ignore any invoices for membership renewals. They will be cancelled tomorrow. We (and all other mail centers) are legally obligated to provide services for six months after closure. If you need mail forwarded we may send you a link to pay for postage and handling. Please let us know when you've made other arrangements for mail and how you want us to handle your items going forward by sending Sonya or Leisa an email at [email protected].

We Are Closed For Business!

Dear Valued Customer,

After serving our community for 2 years, we are writing to inform you that Galaxy Travelers Outpost llc will permanently close its doors on April 15th, 2027.
As a registered Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA), we are committed to ensuring your mail is handled securely and legally during this transition. Please read the following instructions carefully, as specific actions are required on your part.
1. File a Change of Address (Immediate Action Required)
Per USPS regulations, you cannot file a standard temporary or permanent Change of Address (COA) form with the Post Office for a private mailbox. You must directly update your address with your banks, utility companies, subscription services, and any individual senders.
Please begin changing your address immediately to ensure your mail routes directly to your new location.
2. Provide Us With Your Forwarding Address
By law, we are required to forward your First-Class and Priority mail for 6 months after your mailbox account terminates.
Submit Your Destination: Please reply to this email or visit us in-store by October 15th to provide your verified forwarding address.
Account Balances, Forwarding, & Handling: Any remaining prepaid balances on your mailbox account after our final closure date will not be refunded in cash. Instead, all remaining balances will be automatically applied to cover the physical handling, packaging, and new USPS postage fees required to forward your mail over the mandatory 6-month wind-down period.
3. Final Package Pick-Up
Please ensure all currently held parcels and mail are picked up no later than April 15th, 2026. Any unclaimed mail or packages remaining after our final closure date without a confirmed forwarding address will be marked "Undeliverable / Refused" and returned to the Post Office.
