Not ACE approved - but we are all allowed to have our fun on holidays! Can't wait to make this for the 4th of July! :)

Patriotic Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

12 Ice Cream Sandwiches
16 oz Cool Whip
1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding
Red & Blue Food Coloring
1/2 cup Crushed Oreos (optional)

-Combine 8 oz whipped topping and pudding mix until well mixed.
-Divide evenly into two bowls. Add red food coloring to one and blue to the other half.
-On a tray small enough to fit in the freezer, lay out 4 ice cream sandwiches.
-Top with blue topping making sure not to go over outer edges. Top with 4 more sandwiches.
-Top with red topping making sure not to go over outer edges again, topping with 4 more sandwiches.
-Cover and ice with remaining whipped topping, add Oreo's on top or in-between layers if you're an Oreo lover like me!
-Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Slice and serve! :)

A sweet smoothie that only feels like an indulgence, the perfect mix of sweet and healthy!

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
½ cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
3 tbsp yellow cake mix
½-1 banana, sliced and frozen

Instructions:
Combine everything other than sprinkles in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glass and top with sprinkles if desired :)

Strawberry Blueberry Cream Smoothies

This delicious ice cold Patriotic Strawberry Blueberry Cream Smoothie is perfect for anytime, especially the 4th of July!

Ingredients
Red Layer:
¾ c. milk
1 c. fresh strawberries
handful of ice cubes

White Layer:
½ c. milk
handful of ice cubes

Blue Layer:
½ c. milk
1 c. fresh blueberries
1 tsp. honey
handful of ice cubes

Instructions-

Red Layer:
Put all ingredients for the red layer in a blender and blend. Pour equal amounts into a two large glasses or 4 small glasses. Put the glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes.

White Layer:
Put the milk, honey and ice cubes into the blender and blend. Remove the glasses from the freezer, pour equal amounts into the glasses and return to freezer for 10 minutes.

Blue Layer:
Put milk, blueberries, honey and ice cubes into a blender and blend. Remove glasses from freezer, add the blue layer.
They are ready to serve! {we leave them on the counter for about 10 minutes to soften a little}
