Busy Bees does more than haul junk as business; we help the community any way we can! Last Saturday (April 25th) we gathered a crew to celebrate Earth Day by cleaning-up a section of the Puyallup Riverwalk Trail. We cleared out over 500 lbs of human-made debris, much of which was things washed-up by the flood!

We will be doing these in the future, and we invite anyone to join us. And after the hard work, we provide sandwiches, snacks, and even free t-shirts!

Special thanks to Renée Muir and Chris from Puyallup Parks and Rec for helping to make the day even better!

Just a reminder that our Earth Day Community Clean-up is tomorrow at 9:00am. We will gather at 9:00 AM at Veteran’s Park (429 9th Ave NE) in Puyallup and work our way northwest toward 11th Street. However, parking at the park is limited, so please feel free to park at the nearby Fred Meyer and walk over.

Snacks, sandwiches, water, bags, gloves, and more will be provided, along with T-shirts for the first 25 people who arrive. All are welcome! Please join us in making Puyallup a brighter, cleaner place.
