Summer isn’t over just yet! ☀️

There’s still plenty of summer left to enjoy and we’re still putting in new docks and lifts! Here’s one of our latest new installs on Clear Lake. A perfect dock layout featuring Twin Bay Dock with slips to accommodate the Craftlander hoists. We’re loving how this turned out and we’re grateful for everyone who trusted us with their lakefront projects this season!

Another beautiful floating dock installation complete!

Another batch of new dock and hoist installations in the books!

We've been working hard to get everyone on the water and are making great progress catching up on our installation schedule. We know many of you have been patiently waiting, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we work through a very busy season.

Our crew is putting in long days and doing everything we can to complete installs as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality and service our customers expect. Every lakefront setup is unique, and we want to make sure it's done right.

🚨Houghton Lake Dock & Hoist Installation Update

We are finally beginning dock and hoist installations on Houghton Lake!

We appreciate everyone's patience as we work through an extremely busy season. We have a large number of customers to take care of, and our crews are working hard to get everyone installed as quickly and safely as possible.

Before your installation, please measure from the top of your seawall to where the water begins and let us know that measurement. This helps us determine whether the water level has dropped enough at your location for safe installation.

We are recommending a minimum of 16 inches from where the dock will sit to where the water starts. If your measurement is less that 16 inches, we will still require a signed waiver before installation.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this challenging season. Our goal is to have installations completed by July 4th.

We appreciate your business and look forward to getting everyone back on the water!

⚠️Sage Lake⚠️
We will be setting hoists tomorrow, May 21st. We have 60+ hoists on the schedule and it's not possible to do them all in one day. We will be back next week after the holiday to finish up any remaining hoists on our schedule. We appreciate your understanding and patience this season with the crazy flooding and water levels. We are doing everything we can to accommodate our customers.
