We at BPART invite you to complete the North Central Illinois Council of Governments Human Services Transportation Plan (HSTP) Public Transportation Community Survey. It is designed to gather public information and feedback on transportation needs, habits and availability in the following Illinois counties: Boone, Bureau, Carroll, DeKalb, Grundy, Jo Daviess, Kendall, LaSalle, Lee, Ogle, Putnam, Stephenson, and Winnebago. Emphasis will be placed on the use of public transportation, though everyone is welcome to participate regardless of ridership frequency.

Your input will directly impact the HSTP Plan by identifying transportation gaps experienced by all. The HSTP Plan will guide our daily operations, and the identified gaps will be actively discussed at bi-monthly public meetings consisting of the HSTP Coordinator, local transit agencies, and local human service organizations (“like us”, place “like us” after the organization type you are).

The survey is at https://bit.ly/publicsurveyhstp and is open from September 28 to November 1, 2026. The estimated time to complete the survey is just 5 minutes or less, and it is completely anonymous.
