Meet Robyn Spring, Co-Founder of BoldSteps

Robyn Spring is the co-founder of BoldSteps, where she helps older adults and their families navigate downsizing and home transitions with compassion, clarity, and respect. She brings extensive experience in packing, home setup, space planning, and creating calm, organized environments during times of change.

Before launching BoldSteps, Robyn worked with the local and national Alzheimer’s Associations, leading community outreach, education, and program development. She also has hands-on experience in estate sales and previously managed a nonprofit thrift store supporting families transitioning from homelessness.

Robyn is known for her efficiency, warmth, and ability to make clients feel comfortable and heard. She considers it a privilege to be invited into someone’s home—especially when the process may feel overwhelming—and is committed to reducing stress for both seniors and their families.

When she’s not working, Robyn enjoys reading, beach walks, collecting miniatures, and baking treats to share.

We were waiting for an amazing picture to properly introduce ourselves, but realized that if we wait for that, it may never happen so a pic from our phone that shows who we are and what we like to do is the way to go. Here’s a pic of one half of the duo at her daughter’s soccer game.

Kim worked at Soft Landings for 10 years and before kids, worked as a social worker in LA and Portland, primarily with kids and families . She loves a home where you can’t see the floor and there’s an office full of piles of paper and lots of bookshelves.

Kim is passionate about helping clients come out of the chaos to help them feel empowered to participate however they can in making decisions about how this next adventure will look. Kim is not afraid to jump into complex family dynamics and help families move through this process with empathy, kindness, and a steady hand. Her goal is to ensure that clients and their family and friends feel heard, respected and valued. She has worked directly with people for years and knows the importance of meeting clients and their support system where they are at and understand what they need in order to move forward.
