A customer asked about brew methods and they were all about immersion brew methods. They then asked why I did pour over with an intonation/implication that it was a lazy or sub optimal method of brewing. I felt strangely defensive in a "I could do better" sort of vibe. Have I lost my mind? Is pour over not the way? If it's not then what is???

We paid a LOT of tariffs and it has been (and continues to be) BRUTAL. The Supreme Court just ruled his foolhardy tariffs unconstitutional...yay. His response?

"We will take in more money and be stronger for it" in reference to him using a loophole to create a new short term tariff.

The anger I feel is simple. His "taking more money" is taking directly from me and directly from all of us. There is no upside to it at all. It has already caused many small businesses to close their doors. Real economic harm. Real lives wrecked.

I am counting the days.
