New Enclosures frame and top for this well maintained Bayliner.
We used Tuffak Marine 5 rigid clear panels on the front and O’Sea marine clear vinyl on the rest.
The white Stamoid top and Sunbrella panels look great! Lots of easy fold up panels for ventilation and entry to the boat.

Hayden Island Canvas wins multiple 2024 Fabrication Excellence Awards
(Feb. 8, 2024) – Hayden Island Canvas was recognized during the 2024 Fabrication Excellence Awards, a competition celebrating design excellence in marine fabric applications. The awards ceremony took place during the Marine Fabricators Conference held January 25-27, 2024.
Hayden Island Canvas received the following awards:
Outstanding Achievement award and the Rookie of the Year award for its Cascade 34 project– submitted in the Sailboat Enclosures category.
Outstanding Achievement award for the Hunter 33 project – submitted in the Sailboat & Powerboat category.
Outstanding Achievement award for its Jeanneau Leader project– submitted in the Rigid Enclosures category.
Outstanding Achievement award for its SeaRay 39 aft enclosure upgrade project– submitted in the Powerboat - Soft Enclosures category.
Outstanding Achievement award for its Selene Solar Array project – submitted in the Tops & Sunflys category.
MFA received a total of 104 entries submitted in 11 categories in this year’s competition. Winners were selected based on complexity, design, workmanship, uniqueness and function. Judges were certified Master Fabric Craftsman professionals or professionals with 10+ years of experience who were chosen for their knowledge in a particular product area.
All entries receive prominent recognition at the Marine Fabricators Conference. Entrants receive additional publicity through coverage in the Marine Fabricator and winners not only receive additional coverage in the Marine Fabricator but also on the MFA website and in future MFA marketing material.
The goal of the awards is to promote awareness of the marine fabrics used in marine products and applications ranging in size and type.
The Fabrication Excellence Awards is a competition sponsored by Marine Fabricators Association.

Full enclosure on the flybridge and aft deck of this trawler turned out great. Featuring Sunbrella Marine canvas, Tuffak marine 5 clear polycarbonate front panels and 40 mil OSea marine soft vinyl windows for the rest of the enclosure. Easy access zippers for ventilation and getting in and out of the boat. As always lifetime PTFE thread on all new projects. SunbrellaO'Sea Marine

Another Custom T-top enclosure by our team. This project features Tuffak Marine 5 Polycarbonate and Sunbrella Marine Fabric, and a sepecially curved zipper to allow the center panel to open forward and snap to the hardtop for ventilation. A truly interesting shape and challenge.
