Another year in the books !! We have so many to thank for helping us be successful! The city of Portland , shout out to Kristin Earley Connor ! Ingleside High School, GP High School, VFW Post 6386, Portland Mason's lodge #1411, Tommy Fox, HEB, Retired Teachers Assoc. ,all of our volunteers. I'm sure we are forgetting some, please forgive us, we will continue to add !!!

*All applicants must show proof of residence in San Patricio County
