Hello everyone! I want to first say thank you for following me on this new journey I have embarked on :)

I wanted to start out by telling the story of how I got here.
I had first planned to turn my blanket making hobby into a small business last year, but that changed when I found out I was expecting my daughter! Now that she is here I hope to get back to starting this endeavor.
Last year I picked up a new hobby (thanks TikTok!) of making chunky hand knit blankets. I enjoyed it so much I ended up making about a dozen for family Christmas presents. I also made more than a few to keep for myself to snuggle up with during the cold winters here in Maine.
At this point, I can't make anymore for myself so the only logical next step is to start selling some!

I’m open to taking orders now and depending on the volume of requests that I get, I hope to have them all done and shipped out by christmas.
My prices do include shipping (for the time being while I work everything out after sending out first orders)
Cash or check is preferred.

I am offering 3 sizes. The smallest being a baby blanket, a mid sized child/lap blanket and then a very generously sized adult throw.
Pinned on this page I have the yarn options. All the yarn I will have to purchase and await shipment before I can start making blankets so time must be allotted for that. Baby blankets can also be made from the yarn in the pinned post for options #1 and #2 and can then be expected to be a bit thicker than the listed baby yarns. Yarn from options #1 and #2 cannot be mixed in one blanket, but if desired, please let me know if you like colors from both option lists and I can see if there is something close that can be substituted to make your choice possible!

Blankets can be made with patterns as described below:
All one color
Alternating between 2 colors (each color appears 3 times)
Alternating between 3 colors (each color appears twice)
half/half of 2 colors (each appearing once)
2 colors, but one color appearing twice and another only once (in the middle)
6 different colors (each appearing once)
