NEW for 2025 season - One Angler Pricing!
I've always tried to set my prices to make it affordable by charging less for smaller groups of anglers. Still, I priced one-person trips the same as two-person trips. I'd do several single fisherman (or fisher-woman - see photo) trips each year and they are quite enjoyable. So for 2025 I'm offering one person trips for as little as $389. I just sold a "gift trip" to a wife giving a fishing trip to her husband as a Christmas gift. (I sell several of these each year for a variety of occasions). When I was gathering all of the details I asked for an email address and the part before the @ sign was BoilermakerBill. I asked, "Is Bill a Purdue Grad? So am I." "No," said his wife, "That's his job...he's a boilermaker."
I didn't realize there are still "real" boilermakers around, these days that aren't just Purdue alumni.

Most Great Lakes anglers put their catch to keep fish in a cooler to keep them fresh. An ice filled cooler does a great job, but it takes up room in a small boat whether it's full of fish or empty. I put the cohos caught on my boat in a "fish bag" yesterday. Empty, the bag takes up very little room and even when filled, it takes up less room than cooler and it seems to put a chill in the fish as well or better than a cooler. Mine is a quality made bag produced by Smith's Products. , ,
