When preparing a relocation for an elder family member, please make sure who you are dealing with. Just off the phone with someone who arranged to move their Mother from one Assisted Living Facility to another in a neighboring state. The company they chose sent one guy to load the truck. So a 2-3 hour job to load took 8+ hours. Now seven days later they have found out that their loved one's furniture is in St. Louis, nearly 1200 miles away. The fine print states they have 3-20 days to deliver. Family now learned that they were dealing with a brokerage and not a relocation specialist for seniors. Helpers For Seniors is excited to announce that Raul Irizarry has been promoted to Relocation Supervisor. In the eight years Raul has worked with us he has proven over and over to be not only an outstanding team member, but also a kind and caring individual to our many clients and co-workers. Raul always goes above and beyond making sure our clients are 100% satisfied. Raul will be overseeing all aspects of our Senior Relocations as well as our Estate Clear Outs. We are even planning a company fishing trip so that he can show the rest of us how he catches the big ones. Congratulations Raul, we all are happy for you.

Thank you for your prompt response to my initial inquiry about your transportation services.

You and your “helpers” provide a valuable service in driving seniors to appointments.

When my mother developed vertigo and needed to get to appointments yet she could not drive, I had an initial feeling of helplessness being in Pennsylvania. It was a huge relief to me to find you and your service. Helpers For Seniors are in my contact list.

My mother and I very much appreciate your help. My mother said how nice Pamela and Mara were in taking her to physical therapy appointments. My mother’s vertigo has been resolved and she is beginning to drive short trips in PSL.

DID YOU KNOW THAT WE LOAD AND UNLOAD PODS? Received this nice note from a recent customer.
Zack, I am sorry that I haven't gotten back to you. Wanted to let you know how pleased we were with Dennis and Patrick's unloading of my mom's POD. They did a great job and I told them that my husband and I are also moving here permanently hopefully in August. We intend to utilize a pod too. I will call you when we actually decide when we are returning to NY to close up our condo there.
