Mom had an awesome trip back home to CT! She got to meet new family members, and we actually stayed on the same street she spent time on as a foster child.
We are all still exhausted, after traveling over 2400+ miles, but we got it done! She ended up not wanting to go sightseeing or to the casino, which is ok. The trip was about what SHE wanted and got accomplished!

We left the house around 10:30 pm to head back to Daytona Beach. We had a great time with everyone, We didn't get Mom Peggy Bayreuther to the casino this trip unfortunately. She forgot all about it, busy visiting and meeting new family members.

Thank you everyone that was able to get out to see us. Priceless memories were made by all. Tons of photos to go through. I'm sorry to anyone I was not able to see. Time always flies by, and before you know it, it's time to go home.

Yup, we made this happen! True family pulls together. THANK YOU to all who helped Mom is exhausted from all the activities.

We left Old Lyme at around 10:30 tonight.. Time to head back to reality in Daytona Beach. The time was way too short.

We can't thank a few people enough for helping make this happen. Without you, things may not have happened the way it did. ❤️ ❤️

Tons of memories were made. Thank you to everyone that came out! We over-ate like crazy!
It was great meeting up with some new friends, and seeing lifelong friends ! 💕 💕

Great grandson Jack discovered how much fun it was to wave at passing cars. He did this for hours, happily waving to every passing vehicle. We obviously don't have many vehicles passing by at home.
Of course, a bunch of the family members had to join him.

Meme is sleeping soundly after a day filled with wonderful visits. So much love and happiness. We will post pics soon. 🙏. She thinks it's really neat people we don't know are following her story. ❤️❤️.

I NEVER come in social media with anything, but today i am matching energy.

Yesterday, I posted a beautiful video of my sister waking up my grandmother. A beautiful moment that happened after meme rode 3 days in the back of a bus, getting bounced all around just to come see her family, At 93 years old.

A moment in time that can never be replaced, but Definitely taken. My sister reposted my video to her own page, and it was suggested the video be removed because it doesn't look good...

I'm not taking down my video. In fact, here it is again. A wonderful moment not to be destroyed by someone more concerned with looks than a 93 year old woman with leukemia getting woken up by one of her grand daughters.

If it was a video of you walking her up it would be beautiful as well..
