Everyday is a new day. And today we have another new service. A supercharged Yamaha wave runner. A lack of proper maintenance sadly showed its face. Poor flushing, improper protection and misuse have led to a premature failure causing an exhaust leak. Thus causing both a supercharger and starter failure.
Good part? We have it covered. New gaskets, a machined mating surface , new bearings and a new starter should get this machine back on the water.
Then a flash to get it into the 90s with heart pounding acceleration.

Today we explored a stalling condition. A 4 stroke 70 Yamaha that wouldn’t stay running , even after a service already performed.
As seen here proper AND thorough diagnosis along with methodical repairs will yield a long, dependable and most importantly a safe boating season.
It’s irrelevant what type of vessel whether inboard, outboard, watercraft, we pay as much attention equally to help insure our clients receive quality service.

Today we have a Yamaha routine service. As pointed out in this clip, lubrication is very important to longevity of vital parts of these engines.
As well using OEM parts is a must to help insure dependability and durability.
As it may be routine we are seeing a large influx of hard steering, creaky trim/tilt ,and excess corrosion from a lack of simple maintenance.
Quality is value.

Today we have a small gelcoat repair we addressed for one of our highly valued clients. Small nick down to glass. So repair was made, factory gelcoat color matched, and blended to help avoid any ability to notice original damage.
