Lake Erie islands that would provide late-night passage to numerous Lake Erie destinations, outstanding customer service, and become the fastest ferry boat line on the Great Lakes. Our Jet Express ferry fleet currently consists of Four vessels: Jet Express I, II, III, and IV. Jet Express I and II are the largest of the fleet, prominently featured on our main Port Clinton to Put-in-Bay route. They can carry almost 400 passengers per trip at speeds up to 42 mph! Jet Express III & IV are our smaller, yet unique vessels. Jet Express III was built to accommodate our Sandusky route, and is the smallest of the four vessels. Jet Express IV was originally apart of the NY Waterway fleet as the M/V Monmouth. This vessel and her crew served in the emergency sealift during the events of 9/11. She now is outfitted for our excursions! These beautiful vessels are well kept, cleaned, and maintained by our expert team of Mechanics and Captains. Over the years, The Jet Express has evolved into one of the premier family-oriented travel attractions in Ohio, providing excellent service and safe, fun, and fast passage across Lake Erie. We strive every day to not only maintain this degree of quality, but to improve it.
