FYI friends and fliers! We plan to announce the project start date soon, including the dates of the anticipated 18-day RWY 09-27 closure. A public meeting will be scheduled during the first week of September to review the project timeline and Construction Safety Phasing Plan with anyone interested. Pilots are reminded to please check our NOTAMS frequently during the months of September and October. We appreciate your patience and communication while our primary runway receives some much-needed TLC!

This Monday morning we’re shouting 📣THANK YOU!!!🔊 To everyone who participated in our annual vintage airplane & car show yesterday!

We had a GREAT turnout of air and ground machines, spectators, vendors, and volunteers. It was great to come together on the field, mingle, showcase and witness some awesome airplanes & ground vehicles, and enjoy the beautiful weather!

We welcomed over 200+ ground vehicles and aircraft spanning the 1910’s to present day, and around 2,000 people visited throughout the day!

Thank you to CRUISIN ZEAKE for being our MC again this year and keeping everyone entertained with great music!

Shout out to Liberty Aviation Museum & Lake Erie Warbirds for their static displays and Ford Trimotor rides!

Tin Goose Diner, PT-728 Thomcat, Mr. Perch. Mike’s fish fry, The Traveling Chef, and Kona Ice of Lake Erie Shores & Islands thanks for the delicious food!
