Tube bending! When your client is towing the boat with the cover on the boat and gets hit with a major wind gust its time for a new frame. We remade this frame out of 1” stainless steel rather than aluminum, and replaced all of the hardware. This was tricky because usually you make the frame then the cover. In this case we made the frame to fit the cover. Just in time for the Memorial Day Holiday!

Full enclosure with three large smile (roll up)windows. This is fabricated with Sunbrella Marine slate color fabric, O’Sea 0.4 windows, black Solar Fix thread, with Sunbrella black binding. This was a tricky one on the the right stern side in particular. Note the panel goes under the handle bar so it is easier to get on and off.

This weeks project is smile windows for the rear enclosure on a power boat. Note the large smile which is the window opening with a cover flap that can be rolled up leaving the panel in place. This features covered zippers on both sides connecting the other panels, .40 Strataglass, Charcoal colored Sunbrella Marine fabric with Black Sunbrella binding, and black Solarfix thread. The stern doors and window are next.

Just sent these PA-12 seats down to New Mexico. Made with wool inserts and Douglas Columbia ultra soft vinyl. Seat foam is confor foam with custom pilot seat fitting. Lots of pockets and water bottle holders. Can’t wait to see pictures of them installed!
