Today is Clallam Transit System's 46th anniversary! 🥳

On October 13, 1980, CTS began its operations with a fleet of 12 vehicles serving 10 routes. Today CTS provides service with a fleet of approximately 100 vehicles serving 14 fixed routes, one seasonal route, two microtransit routes, and paratransit services.

We are thankful to serve a diverse population of community members and visitors alike in the 1,738 square miles of scenic Clallam County.

This legend has retired! 🥳

Today we celebrated the retirement of Gary Abrams from Clallam Transit System. It was special to see so many former colleagues, coworkers, family, and friends come together to honor Gary and his 31 years of service.

Gary joined CTS in 1995 as a Maintenance Service Worker and retired as our Maintenance Manager. Throughout his career, he was recognized for his expertise and leadership, including being named Employee of the Quarter, Employee of the Year, and graduating from Transit’s Next Leader Institute.

He made countless contributions to CTS over the years and his dedication, knowledge, and presence will be missed.

Congratulations, Gary! We wish you all the best in your next chapter. 🚌💚💙

Detours are in effect Thursday, September 17th and Saturday, September 19th due to the C Street closure. The bus will not service stops along Lauridsen or C Street on these days. Please refer to detour map to see where you can catch the bus instead.

Clallam Transit System will be closed with limited bus service on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

Only the Strait Shot Route 123 and Hurricane Ridge Shuttle will be available. This will also be the Hurricane Ridge Shuttle's last day of the season.
