Keller Investment Company Inc., including any affiliated, subsidiary, or controlled entities, hereby issues this public statement for clarification and record-keeping purposes.
Neither Keller Investment Company Inc. nor any of its subsidiaries is obligated, under any express or implied terms, to provide financial assistance, income support, guarantees, or financial relief to any member, agent, contractor, affiliate, or third party.
Business operations, investment activity, and income-generating opportunities are contingent
upon the ability to lawfully obtain, retain, and perform contracts and engagements. External interference, public bias, reputational harm, social media defamation, or other outside actions that compromise these opportunities materially impact the ability of the company and its
related entities to generate revenue.
Any individual, entity, organization, agency, municipality, or other group that has interfered in any capacity with the lawful operations, contracts, or business opportunities of Keller
Investment Company Inc. or its affiliated entities should reasonably expect the company to
pursue lawful compensation and recovery for resulting losses.
Keller Investment Company Inc. expressly reserves the right to pursue, collect, enforce, or
perform any lawful duty to recover damages, losses, costs, or other harm of any kind caused or
contributed to by any individual, entity, organization, agency, municipality, business, or other
group, including but not limited to actions resulting in financial, contractual, reputational, or
operational harm to the company or its subsidiaries.
Keller Investment Company Inc. operates as an investment and holding company. All investment activity is subject to lawful availability of opportunities, regulatory compliance, market conditions, and the absence of improper external interference.
This statement is issued to clarify expectations, preserve the record, and prevent mischaracterization of obligations, responsibilities, or remedies.
