Sitting at a restaurant one evening, our owner Kris overheard a woman talking to staff member.

She had just moved out of a bad marriage & situation. Was able to get into a 2 bedroom condo.

Kids

No money
No personal income

Only had an air mattress.

Here @ Peace of Mind Moving & Logistics we often will receive "donations", and unlike other companies, we will accept and hold on to certain items (just in case of emergency )

In just 10 days we were able to provide 2 queen beds and 1 full, sofa, chairs, dinning table, TV and TV stand, patio chairs, and 2 desks.

We truly appreciate our clients that give. It allows us to support our community.

It can be daunting, especially when you have been in the same home for 45 years. Raising two daughters (that both grew up and moved north), working-retiring, and then deciding it is time to downsize and move to be closer to that family.

A recent full service move. We packed, brought things to donation, brought things to consignment shops, a few items we are selling for the customer on Facebook marketplace, full pack, and, when they're new home is finished it's renovations, we will be unpacking and organizing
