✈️ Sparky’s Journey Home! 🎄

Today, we had the honor of helping Sparky the Elf wrap up his holiday adventure in West Plains! Sparky stopped by the West Plains Regional Airport to catch a very special flight, straight to Santa, just in time for the busiest night of the year.

We’re thrilled we could be part of Sparky’s send-off and help him get back to the North Pole safely. Thank you, Sparky, for spreading cheer and reminding us all about the magic of the season. Safe travels, and we’ll see you next Christmas!

Sparky the Elf – Day 24

Today was a bittersweet one in West Plains. Sparky packed up and headed to the West Plains Regional Airport, where he patiently waited for Santa to make a special stop. Tonight, Sparky will rejoin Santa as he embarks on his busiest night of the year, delivering joy around the world.

Thank you, Sparky, for spreading cheer, sharing important utility reminders, and hanging out with our crews this season. Safe travels back to the North Pole, and we’ll see you next Christmas!

Missouri Good Neighbor Week is almost here!

Starting Sunday, September 28, the City of West Plains is teaming up with the West Plains Chamber of Commerce to celebrate a full week of neighborly connections and community fun.

One highlight: a week-long Scavenger Hunt through our neighborhood parks and public places! Everyone who finds all the hunt locations will be entered into a prize drawing. More details coming later this week—stay tuned!

In the days leading up to Good Neighbor Week, we’ll be sharing simple tips and ideas to inspire us all to be better neighbors. Watch for daily posts with fun, easy ways to connect with those around you.

Let’s get ready to celebrate what makes West Plains such a great place to call home—our neighbors!
