๐Ÿ’ฌMichael says his favorite part of the job is meeting new patients. His biggest professional goal is working towards becoming a supervisor. Michaelโ€™s advice for new employees is to work hard and be reliable!

Last Sunday, TriCare and the Pleasantville Fire Department hit the field for a friendly game of flag football! Weโ€™re excited to share that TriCare came out on top with a 7โ€“5 win!

It was the perfect chance to come together, have some laughs, make a few highlight reel plays, and celebrate the spirit of teamwork.

The spotlight visited Vineland this week to shine on ๐—•๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ต ๐—•๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ต๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฒ. Bakirah is currently an assistant BLS supervisor and has been with TriCare for 6 years.

๐Ÿ’ฌBakirahโ€™s favorite part of the job is making people smile! She hopes to continue being the best patient advocate she can be. Her advice for new employees? Itโ€™s hard but it gets easier!

The spotlight is shining on ๐—–๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฆ๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜† this week! Cameron has been with TriCare for 5 years and was newly promoted to BLS night shift supervisor at our Pleasantville location.

๐Ÿ’ฌ As a new supervisor, Cameron is looking most forward to being able to guide newer providers toward a successful career. His advice for anyone working towards a new role is to stay dedicated and show initiative.
