We have an excellent pay structure for new drivers. We pay all our drivers like professionals because they are.

Driver Salaray

1. New Driver 0-12 months experience
$1200 a week, plus .30CPM

2. Driver with 1-2 years of experience
$1300. a week, plus .45CPM

3. Driver with 3-5 years experience
$1600. a week, plus .60CPM

4. Driver 5 years experience
$1800 a week, plus .65CPM

5. Driver with 6+ years experience
$1800 a week, plus .70CPM

We are very sorry for the young man sentenced to 110 years prison. We even more sorry for all the families that have been suffering since that accident.

We know drivers come and go and everyone is trying to make a living safety is extremely important.

This story could have been any of us I'm sure the young man didn't wake up expecting to kill 4 people and injure so many more.

I prayers go out to all the victims and the young man.

A lot of people say he deserves the sentence he recieved. However, we don't agree with this drivers have a great responsibility to keep safe on the road.

The pay a driver receives doesn’t warrant the time or risk in our opinion. However shipper and brokers always under cut the carries and this ultimately falls on our bottom line.

So, at BD Tillman Transports LLC, we are making a few changes to better help our profession drivers.

New Drivers, now will start off with minimum of $1300.00 guaranteed 👌 🤑 weekly payments. With an additional .45 CPM for every mile over 2500 miles.

Also, our drivers will receive a raise in after 30 days, increasing there pay to $1350.00.

We will then increase this after 6 months of successful driving to $1450.00.

This will increase again at 18 months to $1500.00.

We believe all our drivers are professional and we want the best from them and we are willing to pay for the best drivers.
