With Thanksgiving coming up, we just wanted to say how thankful we are for the loyal customers that keep us busy! We’ve been working hard 6 days a week for the past month to try and stay caught up and here are some of the repairs we have completed:
-Built an obsolete wiring harness for a customers Western Star unit with over 1,000,000 miles.
-Replacement of EPA 17 Paccar MX-13 camshaft, failed just outside of engine warranty for the customer.
-Allison Transmission wiring faults, diagnosed and repaired.
-Cummins EGR Cooler failure
-Detroit EGR cooler replacement and EGR system cleaning
-Detroit engine harness replacement (due to intermittent circuit failures, misdiagnosed by the previous shop)
-Steering shaft isolator bushing replacement
-PM services and overhead adjustments

Photo dump of repairs completed on various makes and models over the past week. VGT actuators, exhaust manifolds, injectors (that another shop messed up), overhead adjustments, unit pumps, wiring diag and repairs, cab air bags, coolant leaks, weak batteries/corroded battery connections, rough ride complaint diag and repair, and low power complaint diag. Repairs completed last week! Injector replacement, adaptive cruise repairs (other shops refused to fix without replacing the adaptive cruise radar and chassis harness, customer was quoted $18,000 to repair), and after-treatment doser leaking and plugged decomp tube.
