It was a Friday afternoon.

A national retail customer realized a critical shipment wouldn’t arrive at their distribution center in time for a weekend promotion launch. Without the inventory, shelves would sit empty across multiple stores on Monday morning.

Every hour mattered.

The standard process wasn’t going to cut it. Waiting until Monday wasn’t an option.
