📍 Pittsburg, CA | Full-Time Position
VeeJay Marine is looking to add another Marine Mechanical Technician to our team!
We’re looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and interested in working on boats. Marine experience is preferred, but not required. If you have an automotive, industrial, heavy equipment, or similar mechanical background and are willing to learn, we’re willing to train the right person.
What you’ll be working on:
• Diagnosing and repairing outboard and inboard engines
• Gasoline and diesel engines, depending on experience
• General marine mechanical repairs and maintenance
• Troubleshooting and learning different marine systems
What we’re looking for:
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Marine, automotive, industrial, or mechanical experience is a plus

¡VeeJay Marine está buscando agregar otro Técnico Mecánico Marino a nuestro equipo!
Buscamos a una persona con habilidad para la mecánica, responsable y con interés en trabajar con embarcaciones. Experiencia en mecánica marina es preferible, pero no es requisito. Si tienes experiencia en mecánica automotriz, industrial, equipo pesado o algún otro campo mecánico y tienes ganas de aprender, estamos dispuestos a capacitar a la persona indicada.
Tipo de trabajo:
• Diagnóstico y reparación de motores fuera de borda y dentro de borda
• Motores de gasolina y diésel, dependiendo de la experiencia
• Reparaciones y mantenimiento mecánico de embarcaciones
• Diagnóstico de problemas y aprendizaje de diferentes sistemas marinos
Lo que buscamos:
• Habilidad e interés en la mecánica y el uso de herramientas
• Persona responsable y puntual
• Buena actitud y ganas de aprender
• Licencia de conducir válida
• Debe contar con sus propias herramientas básicas
• Capacidad para trabajar independientemente y en equipo
• Experiencia marina, automotriz, industrial o mecánica es una ventaja
