"Good morning. I wanted to send a message to the managers/owners to let you know how incredible two workers on your team were to me and my family yesterday. We are from NJ and found ourselves stranded in NC after our rental car broke down (key fob stopped working). We called Allstate roadside for help, and that company made an absolute MESS of getting us a replacement car. RJ answered the phone when I called to check on the replacement. He explained that Allstate canceled the replacement delivery (due to a cluster of mistakes on Allstate’s part). He could have wished me best of luck and hung up, but instead he helped me navigate this for HOURS. He stayed on the phone with me, on the phone with Allstate, and did everything in his power to help us. He understood that without help we were literally stranded hundreds of miles from home, and he was not going to let that stand without helping us. David called and communicated with me through the entire process of delivering the replacement car once RJ and I finally got the mess sorted out with Allstate. It was over 6 hours long from start to finish. They did as promised and no matter how challenging it was, they got the replacement car to us. I thought about calling to share my appreciation, but I really wanted to put into writing how absolutely amazing these two individuals were to me and my family yesterday, and to just as clearly as possible say how much we appreciate the service they provided. We would have truly been lost in this without them- and RJ’s clear commitment to making sure we were safe and settled with a replacement delivery from Firehouse was the only reassurance that kept me sane through what was an incredibly difficult experience otherwise. Thank you again RJ and David!!!! You’re saints!!"
