It’s official!

With all required approvals received, the transaction combining Allegiant and Sun Country has closed. This marks a major milestone and the beginning of an exciting new chapter in leisure travel.

Together, we'll create more opportunities for travelers, including expanded destinations, greater access to international travel, and enhanced rewards over time.

For now, though, nothing has changed. Both airlines will continue to operate independently while integration is underway, and our focus remains clear: maintaining the dependable, value-based travel experience passengers know today.

Due to the continued rise in fuel costs, we are implementing a necessary adjustment to our pricing structure. As a transportation-based business, fuel is a significant operational expense, and recent increases have directly impacted the cost of providing our services.

At the same time, our commitment to delivering a reliable, professional, and high-quality experience remains unchanged. Maintaining our standards—such as well-maintained vehicles, punctual service, and a superior customer experience—requires ongoing investment in both our fleet and operations.

This pricing adjustment allows us to absorb increased expenses while continuing to provide the level of service our clients expect and deserve. We appreciate your understanding and continued support, and we remain dedicated to delivering exceptional service every time.

These changes will go into effect for  reservations that are made after April 1 that are new bookings not existing bookings.
