I have been a Valley resident since January 1991 and I bring my creativity, integrity, energy and hard work to every facet of your real estate transaction. I enjoy volunteering my time and have raised money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and helped launch the Arizona Humane Societ

y’s Walk for Animals in 1994. I recently started volunteering with Girls on the Run, an organization that helps to inspire girls. I also have a creative/artistic side, my latest creations are made from old bicycle parts saving them from the landfill with many of my pieces being donated to various organizations around the Valley to help them raise money. My passion is to be a part of the community I live in, to make a difference in people’s lives whether that is with my involvement in the community or helping them realize their dream of home ownership.

In many places today, homebuyers finally have the upper hand.

Data shows that, as a whole, there are more sellers than buyers active in the market right now. That means buyers have more homes to choose from and a lot more room to negotiate.

Think of it like this. When sellers are competing for a smaller pool of buyers, those sellers are far more willing to say “yes” to things like price cuts, repairs, and even help with closing costs.
