This week, we celebrated Founders Day with breakfast from Chick-fil-A, lunch from Garcia's Las Avenidas, a dirty soda bar, and plenty of donuts. 🍩🥤

More importantly, we took time to recognize the people who make everything we do possible.

What a morning at Phoenix Raceway. We had the privilege of joining the Accelerent community for a packed breakfast event at The Barn, right at the speedway, with the Arizona desert mountains as the backdrop. Not a bad way to start a Thursday.

The energy was something special. Hundreds of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators all in one room, genuinely excited to connect and build something together. You could feel it in every conversation on the concourse and at every table inside.

And then there was the keynote. Two-time Indianapolis 500 champion Arie Luyendyk Sr., "The Flying Dutchman" himself, took the stage and shared stories from his incredible racing career (412 races, 103 podiums, 17 Indy 500 starts). But what stuck with us most was his message about perseverance, the relationships that carry you through, and what it takes to keep showing up at the highest level. Those lessons translate well beyond the track.

Proud to represent Dircks alongside so many great companies pushing the Phoenix business community forward. Events like this remind us why we do what we do: it's always about the people.

Thank you to Accelerent, for putting together such a first-class event. Already looking forward to the next one.

For the NCAA Women’s Final Four Bounce event, Dircks teamed up with our partners at ASU to prepare 3,000 pumped up basketballs for the big day 🏀💪. ASU staff and players took on the inflation, and our team managed the shipping and delivery from storage to the event site. An exciting collaboration that helped set the tone for an unforgettable weekend ⭐.
