Responsibilities:
Responsible for hands-on management of all aspects of the Titles Department by working directly with dealerships, auctions, Motor Vehicle offices, and other external customers as well as internal customers to manage all facets of the Titles and Registration and Lien processes for vehicle sales.
Establishes and ensures compliance with policies and procedures in accordance with the statutory or regulatory Motor Vehicle requirements and compliance.
Establishes and manages reporting for all title processing stages to meet the different time-sensitive deadlines related to title transfers including adding and/or releasing liens, license plate assignments etc.
Responsible for ongoing assessment of current procedures and process improvement to create efficiency's as well as stay up to date with Motor Vehicle updates.
Oversees, performs, and manages vehicle title work daily by handling the legal transfer of documents for the department of Motor Vehicles, including the acquisition and assignment of license plates, titles receipts and releases.
Serve as a resource for dealerships, internal and external customers questions regarding vehicle registrations, lien additions, title releases.
Manages third-party billing and invoicing of all related titles and motor vehicles functions.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Some Saturdays 9am-2pm

Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Titles services industry.
Must have an intermediate level of proficiency at using a PC and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
MVD RACF certification
Additional qualifications that will be considered:
Strong verbal and written communication
Bilingual/Spanish speaker preferred
Strong organization skills
Ability to multi task, prioritize and work in fast paced environment
Experience of enhancing customer orientated processes and ways of working
Ability to work under stringent deadlines stressing urgency to expedite Titles Processing.
