We had the pleasure of meeting Clarence Bush this year at our Million Mile Event!

Known for his swag, charming personality, and amazing style, Clarence has been with Swift since 2003!

During his tenure, he has been a dedicated, hard-working driver and has mentored students.

Most recently, he became a 3 Million Mile driver, representing the Memphis, TN, terminal.

He brought his wife, Carvetta, whom he met at Swift, and his driver leader of 20 years, Sandra, to the event.

His walk-up song was "Motivation" by T.I. when receiving his plaque, and it was a whole vibe. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

When Clarence is not driving, he enjoys cooking and driving some cars!

We appreciate you, sir! The Memphis terminal is lucky to have you.

Meet 3 Million Mile driver, Bill Caseman!

Bill runs out of our Detroit, MI, terminal. He is a Diamond Driver, a Swift Legend, and now holds 3 million miles under his belt.

Bill's success comes from his work ethic and "family support at home and at Swift."

"I have always been fortunate to meet great people along the way. I have made lifelong friends, and I am thankful for those still here and blessed to have known those who have traveled through the golden gates."

In contrast, his walk-up song for the event was "Highway to Hell" by AC/DC.

Bill definitely lit up during the Walk of Fame, smiling through all the cheering! The Swift team is extremely proud of all his achievements.

Thank you, Bill, and congratulations!

Meet Darren H. ๐Ÿ˜Ž A 3 Million Mile driver out of our Memphis terminal.

Darren has been with Swift since 2001, and we are very lucky to have him!

He was joined at our 3 and 4 Million Mile event by his beautiful wife, Denesha, and "the best driver leader a driver can have," Sandra.

Darren's walk-up song of choice was "Bad" by Michael Jackson! We truly enjoyed getting to know Darren and his wife, and they can't wait to come back to celebrate 4 million miles one day!

His success comes from commitment to driving and driving safely at all times.

When Darren isn't on the road, he is with his family.

"I'm a family man and love spending time with my wife and son."

Congratulations, Darren, on your success and accomplishment, and to your family for their support!

Meet Jeannie Rae K. ๐Ÿ‘‹ U.S. Navy Veteran!

Jeannie Rae comes from a multi-generational military family and wanted to uphold the tradition of service. She served for 5 years as an Interior Communication Electrician aboard the USS John F. Kennedy.

She is currently a Parts Manager at Swift and has been with us for 3 years.

"As a parts manager, you have to be organized, pay attention to details, and be able to work alongside the shop personnel to keep our tractors on the road. I have always believed that everyone working together to accomplish a goal is the greatest key to success."

If you are thinking of joining the corporate world after you have served, Jeannie Rae's reminder is to be patient:

"Civilian life is not always as structured as military life."

The Manteno Shop is happy to have you on the team, and thank you for your service!

Meet the man with some of the best hair at Swift, Brian B.

Brian has been with Swift for 30 years and attended our 2026 Million Mile Event to celebrate his achievement as a new 3 Million Mile driver!

Not only does he have a lot of hair, but he is also hardworking, extremely kind, and humble. He states his success comes from having "great equipment [and a] great support team to allow me to drive one safe mile at a time!"

If you know Brian, you also know his partner in crime, Lorraine, who rides with him. The two of them are truly a dynamic duo who love trucking.

Brian's walk-up song for the Million Mile Event was "On the Road Again" by Willie Nelson, and it makes all the sense because he doesn't plan to stop, especially after he retires.

"I love driving! I've been to 48 states and Canada. When I retire, I'm going to do it again in my motorhome!"

Congratulations, Brian!
