Tugboats are powerful vessels designed to maneuver larger ships, barges or oil platforms by pushing or towing them in harbors, rivers, and open seas. Because colossal vessels like container ships and cruise liners cannot navigate narrow channels or safely dock on their own, tugs act as the vital guiding engines of global maritime commerce. They are relatively small but are built with extraordinarily powerful engines that generate immense torque and pushing/pulling force.

The Tug Boat was originally issued by Lindberg in 1959. This kit is designed for general use in N-scale (1/160) model railroad layouts or waterfront dioramas. Includes waterslide decals. With production beginning in 1918, the USRA 0-6-0 was one of a selection of locomotives designed by the United States Railroad Administration during the brief period in World War 1 when the US rail network was nationalized under government ownership. Classified as a light switcher, the type saw widespread success in both light freight and yard duties, and many railroads went on to run these plucky workhorses for several decades, once the rail system was turned back to the original operators.

In the early 1900s, 2-6-2 locomotives were developed for use on the prairies of the American Midwest, earning them the nickname "Prairies." 1970 Mustang Boss 429 – Pastel Blue ( #22133):
The Mustang Boss 429 began its brief run during Ford’s pursuit of a car that could compete with Chrysler and GM during what some have deemed the “Horsepower Wars.” NASCAR rules decreed that any contending engine had to be in at least 500 cars produced for public purchase. Putting a 429-cubic-inch semi-hemispherical V8 engine for NASCAR competition into the engine compartment of a Mustang was quite a challenge. It simply did not fit. Ford outsourced the job to Car Kraft.

Both slot cars are mounted on the Mega G+ 1.7” long wheelbase chassis. The Mega-G+ is easily the lightest chassis you can buy. Add that to the lowest center of gravity and you get a car that is fast and nimble. Most realistic. Best Performance. Fun to drive. What a combination!

The Japanese Imperial Navy I-19 was a Type B1 submarine that served in the Pacific during World War II. I-19 became famous for its devastating attack on September 15, 1942, during operations near Guadalcanal. From a single spread of six torpedoes, I-19 struck the American aircraft carrier USS Wasp (CV-7), battleship USS North Carolina (BB-55), and destroyer USS O’Brien (DD-415)—one of the most remarkable submarine attacks of the Second World War.

The I-19 model kit was originally issued by Aurora in 1969 and later rereleased by Monogram in the late 1970s. This kit is 15.5 inches in length once assembled. Parts are molded in grey and includes a display stand with nameplate and waterslide decals. Features a detailed hull, deck, conning tower, and the distinctive lines of the Japanese Navy's long-range submarine design.
