A friendly update from The JustBrand Limited Family

We wanted to send out a quick update from our family to yours.

As you may know, we are a family business. We have been taking every precaution possible to make sure everyone is safe during these unusual times.

As of right now, we are still 100% functional. We closed our retail store but everyone in the office is working from home. We are video chatting, messaging, and keeping each other on task and accountable. We have staggered our warehouse team to allow for one person at a time to ship and receive. Every order is still shipping within 24 hours and we are very proud of our team!

Our two other warehouses (Ohio and North Carolina) are also following the state and CDC recommendations to social distance.

To ensure extra safety, the warehouse team is cleaning their stations multiple times per day and wiping all products and boxes before they leave our facility.

Our buying team is working with vendors to ensure a solid supply chain so we have the products you want and need! The development team is working on new products for this fall and all production is on schedule.

We cannot stress enough how important our customers are to us. We are passionate about what we do, and YOU are the reason we work hard to provide a unique blend of products.
We will be running additional sales in the next couple of months so be looking for them soon and tell all your friends to sign up for our e-mails!

The Warming Store is awesome. My sister bought me a heated vest over the holidays (contrary to some other posts I have read, she had absolutely no trouble with the ordering process); I used it almost every day during the winter.

JustBrand Limited™ is the leader in temperature controlled apparel and accessories category. We own several niche online properties that cater to our diverse customer base and each present their own merchandising opportunity.
