Nothing makes a mom spring into action faster than a kid saying:
“Mom… I don’t feel so good.” 😬

Motion sickness bands are our biggest win — we use Seabands + Reliefbands

(They’ve even helped a whole group of kids on my daughter’s NYC trip 🙌)

Here’s what else helps us on drives:
🚗 We stick to highways (less winding = happier kids)
🌬️ Crack a window for fresh air
👀 Remind the kids to look out the front
🎵 Use audiobooks more than screens ( We 💜 Libby app)
🍬 Light snacks only

And yes… gallon-sized bags live in the back seat just in case 🙃

Road trips are way more fun when everyone arrives with their stomachs in one piece 😅
