Fermar Transport is NOW HIRING Flatbed and/or Dry Van OTR Drivers.

Join a company with a trajectory of success! We are a family-owned and operated business with over 15 years of experience providing full-service transportation in the US and over 60 years of overall experience in the trucking industry in Mexico.

Experienced drivers start at $0.60 per mile for flatbed loads.
Additional $0.10 per mile on permit loads.
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus
Additional Bonus Pay: Clean DOT Inspection Bonus, Tarp Bonus, Extra Pick-up/Drop Bonus, Performance Bonus, Safety Bonus, Yearly Bonus, and Driver Referral Bonus.

Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid-Time off, Passenger Ride-along Program, Paid orientation and training.

Drivers are paid weekly, no exceptions. New equipment is provided. Flexible schedule options and you can be home every weekend.
