Cleaning up along the trail, provided a safe space to work while also supporting the Township’s MS4 program. Well done kids!

This regional effort brings together volunteers across 6 municipalities to help keep our communities clean and beautiful.

✔️ Family-friendly volunteer opportunity
✔️ Make a real impact in your community

We encourage volunteers to arrive at 9:30 AM to check in and receive supplies. Be sure to wear weather appropriate comfortable clothing and sneakers!

There’s something pretty incredible happening on site these days 🦉

A great horn owl has chosen to nest alongside operations - overlooking our certified wildlife habitat. This space was created with intention to protect and support local wildlife decades ago.

Moments like this are a powerful reminder that with the right care and commitment, even working landscapes can provide safe, thriving environments for wildlife.

Our facility has been certified by the wildlife habitat Council since 2007 and is proud to be one of 70 certified WM sites across the country. This long-standing partnership reflects our dedication to environmental stewardship and biodiversity.

Seeing this owl call our site home is more than exciting! It’s validation that these efforts matter. 💚

Pen Argyl Borough is proud to once again participate in the Slate Belt Annual Litter Cleanup, organized by Slate Belt Rising in partnership with PA State Rep. Ann Flood’s office.
