Before a Home Base driver ever transports a student, they train with our in-house instructors to prepare for school bus certification, Smith System defensive driving, and CPR certification.

This reel highlights just part of the process — drivers also complete background checks, drug testing, and additional safety preparation before hitting the road.

Did you know? Home Base offers meet-and-greets so families can meet their driver before the first ride if requested — and we love doing them! 🚌
