I do not do residential I started doing residential upholstery in 2014 with a store front.

Here I also upcycled furniture as well as had handcrafted and vintage booths in Oskaloosa. I did that full time for 3 years until I closed and got a real job. I still did work on the side. In the spring of 2020 I started doing upholstery full time, this time focusing on recreational items such as boats and campers. I do restaurant booths as well. I do not do auto. All enquires will be looked at and answered starting next week, September 7th (yes its Labor Day but I'm working for you!).

Any how. I'm working away everyday and night to get my new workspace ready! Like I stated before- I'm not going anywhere! Just not at the shop anymore. Thank you for your patience on this pivot and I know I still have ya all confused- it's ok, it'll all make since soon!

Yesterday was my last moments at 622 240th Place in Pella. I have been lucky enough to house this business there since November of 2021.

As for the next step in this journey- well stay tuned!

Bessie (my sewing machine) and I aren't going anywhere!

Moving right along with the boat that's in house. There are 3 cushions and a engine cover that has a backrest connected to it.

Today I concentrated in getting all pieces to have foam cut out ✅️

Then worked on the 3 cushions. I got all the foam formed for the 3 cushions and the back part cut and sewn up. Tomorrow I will work on the front part of the cushions and hopefully get them buttoned up and installed!

Hey! I didn't want you to think I was doing nothing due to my lack of posting. This project came in and I have it torn apart. The pieces went to my woodworker. He got done with them today, which means I can start my stuff tomorrow. Which will be measuring for foam and vinyl, also making patterns and making sure the hardware holes are where they are suppose to be and install any t nuts if any are needed. Than hopefully Thursday after the material will be here and I can get going on that.

This should be done by next Friday. Then my schedule is wide open. So if you have a project that needs upholstery (not residential) inquire today!

Finally done with the 1968 Plymouth roadrunner backseat. No one guessed it right. Maybe next time.
