A new year is the perfect time to dream a little—and then turn those dreams into plans. Whether it’s envisioning your
next dream home, mapping out a once-in-a-lifetime trip, or even
doing both, thoughtful goal setting now can make the rest of the
year feel intentional and exciting. In May I will be celebrating 25
years of selling homes to clients and I have truly been blessed to
have a successful career that I LOVE; 💜 🏡and yet, I’ve been dreaming a little, too about finding new ways to serve others and helping them make memories and dreams come true. 🏝️ As my husband and I have become empty nesters and also new grandparents, we are discovering that we are still creating memories, albeit they look a little differently in this new phase of our lives.
🏡With 25 years’ real estate experience, and as owner and broker of K.Dilling Real Estate, I would continue to be honored with YOUR real estate business. As much as I truly enjoy selling homes and serving my clients by helping them realize their real estate goals, I also love spending time with my family, and I LOVE to travel! That is why I am so excited to announce that IN ADDITION to my real estate practice, I can also help you realize your travel goals and dreams. I am affiliating myself with South Shore Travel (SST),which is a luxury travel advisory agency that has been in business for more than 25 years. I selected SST as it’s a small boutique (much like my real estate brokerage),
luxury agency with a long-term track record of success and
earned buying power that many of us don’t have access to when
planning a trip. I have a fabulous mentor in this area and a ton of
tools in my toolbox to help you plan a wonderful getaway of any
sort. I am focusing on worldwide adventure travel and cruises. I
can put together a family reunion getaway, a second honeymoon
(or a babymoon), ladies’ trips; you name it; there are so many
possibilities!
So from dream homes 🏡 ✈️to dream trips, everything starts with a vision. When you take the time to imagine what you truly want,
the path forward becomes much clearer—and a lot more fun.
