A brief history of Starrs Mill Movers LLC

“Starr’s Mill Movers LLC began in 2016 as the vision of a high school junior named Andrew Fierbaugh. Amidst the familiar surroundings of Peachtree City and Fayetteville, Andrew embarked on a journey that would not only shape his future but also redefine moving services in the area.

As Andrew graduated from Starr’s Mill High School in 2018. He pursued higher education at Georgia College and State University, graduating in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in business management. This educational journey was not just about academic achievement; it was a period of growth for both Andrew and the young company.

From its inception in 2016 until 2022, Starr’s Mill Movers operated with a unique business model. Clients provided the truck, and the company’s availability was tailored around the educational commitments of its workers. Operating hours were set from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm on weekdays, with full availability on weekends. This period was instrumental in gaining a deep understanding of the household goods moving market and refining the company’s approach to meet its clients’ needs.

In 2023, the company marked a significant milestone by extending its operations to seven days a week. With an expanded team of crew members, each person was carefully selected and trained, not just for their physical ability but for their character. Starr’s Mill Movers shattered the stereotype of moving being a low-skill, undesirable job, instead highlighting it as a profession that demands hard work, motivation, and integrity. The company prided itself on hiring young gentlemen who exemplified these qualities, thereby ensuring a moving experience centered around safety, privacy, and peace of mind for its clients.
