Demand for hangar space at Atlanta Regional Airport–Falcon Field is clear: all 33 hangars in Phase 1 of a new privately developed project were verbally reserved within a week of being offered. Developer FFC Area D Development LLC is building the hangars on leased airport land within Area D, part of the 34-plus acres recently brought under the Peachtree City Airport Authority's ownership. Airport Director Hope Macaluso says the response reflects a hangar shortage felt across Georgia, and a second phase of roughly 33 to 35 more units is planned. ✈️
