Qualifications:
Extensive experience diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers.
Proficient with OEM and aftermarket diagnostic software and scan tools.
Previous shop management or leadership experience required.
Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, hydraulics, brakes, suspension, and emissions systems.
Ability to prioritize work, manage shop workflow, and mentor other technicians.
PA State Inspection License and CDL are a plus.
Valid driver's license required.

CDL Class A Driver

We are seeking an experienced CDL Class A Driver to join our growing team. We operate a diverse fleet and are looking for a driver who is versatile, dependable, and willing to take on a variety of work. This is not a position where you’ll do the same thing every day. We haul a little bit of everything and need drivers who can adapt to different equipment, customers, job sites, routes, and states.

Responsibilities

* Safely operate company trucks and equipment in compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
* Haul a variety of loads using frameless dump trailers, flatbeds, dry vans, tri-axle dump trucks, roll-off trucks, rollbacks, and lowboy trailers
* Operate in Pennsylvania and surrounding states, including interstate travel when required
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
* Secure loads properly and safely
* Complete accurate paperwork, logs, load documentation, and trip records
* Communicate effectively with office staff, dispatchers, customers, and job site personnel
* Communicate regularly with mechanics and office staff regarding truck condition, maintenance needs, repairs, and safety concerns
* Promptly report any mechanical issues, damage, warning lights, tire concerns, or equipment problems to help prevent breakdowns and costly repairs
* Take ownership of assigned equipment and help ensure trucks and trailers are kept in safe, reliable operating condition
* Work closely with office staff and shop personnel to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime
* Maintain a clean and organized truck
* Represent the company professionally at all times
* Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment when required

Qualifications

* Valid CDL Class A License
* Manual transmission experience required
* No automatic transmission restriction
* Clean driving record (MVR)
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
* Experience with frameless dump trailers, flatbeds, dry vans, tri-axle dump trucks, roll-off trucks, rollbacks, and lowboy trailers preferred
* Lowboy and heavy haul experience preferred
* Comfortable traveling to new locations and crossing state lines when needed
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
* Ability to complete paperwork accurately and on time

Diesel Technician / Fleet Mechanic

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Diesel Technician to join our growing team. This position involves maintaining and repairing our company fleet as well as customer vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy duty trucks, trailers, and equipment
* Perform preventative maintenance and general service work
* Conduct Pennsylvania State Inspections on trucks and trailers
* Repair and maintain engines, brakes, suspension, steering, hydraulics, electrical systems, drivetrains, and other components
* Mount, balance, repair, and replace commercial truck and trailer tires
* Fabricate and assemble hydraulic hoses
* Operate heavy-duty tools and shop equipment safely and efficiently
* Complete accurate work orders, documenting all work performed and parts used
* Maintain organized service records and inspection paperwork
* Assist with parts inventory management and notify office staff when parts and supplies need ordered
* Communicate effectively with office staff regarding completed work, equipment status, parts needs, and scheduling
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications

* Experience working on heavy duty trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment preferred
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus)
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
* Strong communication skills
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Must be punctual and reliable
* Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy components
