🎉 Congratulations to Denon D, Omaha’s September Frontrunner of the Month! 🏆

Denon has been with Blink for a year, and he’s consistently one of our top drivers. He takes pride in delivering with excellence and putting customers first on every route. 👏

Denon enjoys feeling like he’s part of something bigger than himself, especially when customers take a moment to thank him for his work. Even though he’s one driver among many, he finds a lot of joy in contributing to a huge operation that helps get packages where they need to go. His steady, reliable work makes a difference to both our customers and our team.

As an added bonus, Denon loves to greet the many four-legged friends he finds on route! Denon says that he’s been running into lots of friendly pups lately. 🐶

When he’s off route, he enjoys spending time with his cat, Tesifa. He says he wishes he could spend the whole day with her. We are glad that he's got a devoted fan of his to greet him when he gets back home! 🐱

Thank you, Denon, for your reliability, hard work, and positive attitude. You make Blink proud by showing up and getting the job done well. Congratulations on being named Omaha’s September Frontrunner of the Month! 🎉👏

🎉 Grand Island is celebrating one year! 🎉

On October 7, 2026, our Grand Island Station marked one year in operation. What began as a temporary pop-up for the busy winter season became Blink’s second permanent location. This team stepped up and quickly proved what they could do. 💪🔥

What stands out most about our G.I. team is how they show up for one another. They work together to plan routes, help each other out, and have built the kind of close connection that feels like a family.

In the past year, they’ve delivered more than 1.8 million packages and averaged 21 routes a day. We’re proud of all they’ve accomplished and excited to see what comes next.

Way to go, Grand Island! 🙌

Watch our anniversary video for a look back at the past year! 🎥

🎉 Malik J! 🎉

Malik has been with Blink for 2 years and has proven himself to be a hard worker and great teammate! 💪🚚

🏘️ Favorite routes? Neighborhoods! Malik enjoys getting into a rhythm and knocking out stops quickly. And while he’s on the road, there’s a good chance he’s listening to some rap, especially Don Toliver’s Hardstone Psycho album. 🎧🎶

👨‍🍳 Off the road, Malik likes to cook! 🍴 From salmon, shrimp, and lobster tail to vegetable medleys and Korean BBQ ribs, Malik knows his way around the kitchen. 😋🔥

Thank you, Malik, for your hard work, consistency, and positive attitude. We’re glad to have you on Team Blink! 💙

🎉 Keygan B! 🎉

Keygan has been with Blink for 10 months, and we’re excited to celebrate him as this week’s top Driver! His hard work and consistency have made him a valued part of the team. 🚚

Keygan says he enjoys delivering in neighborhoods most. Neighborhood routes can be a great place to settle into a rhythm and get plenty of stops done quickly. And while he’s out delivering, you might catch him listening to Ruslan KD! 🎧✝️

🎶 Outside of work, Keygan is a musician. 🤔 His instrument of choice…? PERCUSSION! And he’s got the experience to back it up. He has been a drummer for over 25 years and regularly performs in both Lincoln and Omaha. He’s also part of Omaha Street Percussion, where he’s played over 450 shows! Now that’s ‘bassed’... lol! 🥁😎

Thank you, Keygan, for your hard work, consistency, and positive attitude. We are so lucky to have you on team Blink!

👏 Congratulations on getting Driver of the Week! 🏆

🎉 Let’s congratulate Austin S. on his promotion to Lead Driver! 👏🚐

Austin has been with Blink for 2½ years and has earned a reputation as one of our fastest drivers! He is also a high performer, consistently being on the top of the Delivery Scorecard. 🏆📦

His secret? A healthy mindset. Austin approaches each route one stop at a time. He credits staying present to the task at hand and trusting that the work will get done, to his ability to preform so well. Judging by his track record, it’s a winning strategy! 💪

As a Lead Driver, Austin will support associates on route by helping lighten heavy workloads, delivering equipment, completing van swaps, training new drivers, and stepping in wherever the team needs him. 🔧🚐

Austin is especially excited to take on more responsibility and support his teammates. Making someone smile or laugh during the day is one of the most rewarding parts of the job for him. After years of hard work, he’s proud to continue growing with Blink. 📈

Thank you for everything you do Austin! We’re excited to see you thrive as a Lead Driver! 🔥👏

🎉 Congratulations to Parker J. on his promotion to Lead Driver! 👏🚚

In just seven months at Blink, Parker has become one of our most dependable drivers and a welcoming presence on the team. His joy, kindness, and willingness to help others make him especially great at supporting new Delivery Associates. 😊

Parker is excited to step into leadership because he already loves meeting new employees, welcoming them to the Blink family, and helping them grow. That team-first mindset played a huge role in earning this promotion! 💪

He also takes pride in creating an upbeat atmosphere before each shift. Parker loves seeing his teammates laugh and smile, and he hopes to keep building a culture that inspires everyone to deliver their best for our customers. 📦✨

As a Lead Driver, Parker will: assist employees with heavy workloads, deliver fresh equipment, conduct van swaps, and help train new team members. 🔧🚐

Outside of work, Parker enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and his dog, Winnie. He is also a big PC gamer and loves the movie Pitch Perfect. We think it’s safe to say this promotion is totally "aca-awesome!" 🎶😂

Thank you, Parker, for everything you bring to Blink! We’re excited to watch you grow as a leader. Congratulations on this well-earned promotion! 🎊

🎉 Let’s hear it for Dylon C., Blink’s new Assistant Operations Manager in Columbus! 👏🥳🚚

Dylon stepped up to take on this temporary position, which we hope becomes a long-term opportunity! 🌟 As one of Blink’s O.G.s, Dylon has worked pretty well any position you can name at Blink. If anyone knows the ins and outs of Amazon logistics, it’s this guy! 📦💪

Dylon is especially excited to apply what he has learned through his logistics coursework while leading and growing alongside the Columbus team. 🧠

This new role brings plenty of new faces, responsibilities, and learning opportunities, which is right up his alley! 📚🤝 It will also push him outside his comfort zone, especially when it comes to delegating tasks. 😅 BUT, Dylon is always ready for a challenge!

One mindset that has guided Dylon throughout his career at Blink is getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. 💭💯 Logistics requires flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude when plans change. As a manager, Dylon wants to lead by example and remind his team that they are never facing those challenges alone. 🙌💙

Outside of work, Dylon enjoys video games and card games, especially "Magic: The Gathering!" 🎮🃏 You can see him playing below with fellow Blink team member Rom!

Thank you, Dylon, for always supporting the team and bringing your best to everything you do! We’re excited to watch you continue growing in operations! 🎊👏🚀
