Just as an update, the Canada-Alaska boarder is closed until June 21st, 2020. If you do get through the boarder, you must get to the other side of the Yukon Territory in 24 hrs. You cannot stop at any hotels and must provide prof that you can camp on the side of the road. When you stop for gas, if there is more than just one person going with, only one person may get out and go into the store to get the needed supplies. If you are stressing about trying to get to the lower 48 and feel that you have no options to get your belongings to your destination due to the boarder and/or trying to get to the other side in the that time frame, we are still offering our UBoxes. We ship them anywhere in the US, Canada, and even Internationally. If this is something you want to look into please stop by the store at 650 S Cobb St in Palmer. We are still following the 6ft rule, and sanitizing every thing between customers. We do not require that you wear a mask, if you feel more comfortable wearing one, you are more than welcome to. If you do not feel safe/comfortable coming into the store, you can call us at (907)745-2200 or even look online at uhaul.com. We look forward to helping you with your moving AND storage needs.

We are open 7AM-7PM Monday through Saturday, 9AM-5PM Sundays. Storage is now open, and the first month is free. Come by and see us!!

Good afternoon one and all. We are pleased that everything is starting to open back up. We would like to let everyone know that we are still here to help those in need of storage and moving supplies. We would also like to let people know that we are doing everything in our power to ensure a safe visit to our center. To protect our customers and team members, we recently escalated our already high standard of readying equipment. We added some specific steps that include: 1) Sanitize EVERY Steering wheel 2) Sanitize EVERY Interior/Exterior Door Handle 3) Sanitize EVERY Radio/Temperature Control K**b 4) Sanitize EVERY Key and Key Tab/Fob 5) Sanitize EVERY Seat and Seat belt.
If you have any question or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask, or hesitate to make any member of the U-Haul team aware.

We are still here to help your moving needs. The Alaska/Canada boarder may be closed for another 30 days but we can still help you move your items out of state. We are still offering our UBoxes for all out of state moves. Not leaving state? Not a problem. We still offer the first month free on all storage units, including our UBoxes.
