Job Description
The UPS Store ssociate is responsible to provide shipping solutions for customer packages, pack customer items per UPS specifications, perform print services, provide notary service, operate the following:
point of sales
laminator
fax machine
copiers
printers
sort US mail
etc.
The associate must provide excellent customer service and behave in a friendly and professional manner at all times with customers and other employees.
execute excellent customer service in person and over the telephone
continually practice attention to detail
packing of items being shipped
provide shipping solutions via UPS, USPS and freight
willingness and ability to learn printing software (Adobe Suite)
able to print BW and color prints from email and other storage devices
Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge and experience preferred
become a notary
operate all equipment
clean, dust and vacuum
Requirements
become a notary
lift 50 pounds, and safely move heavier packages
good communication skills
excellent customer service
work Saturdays
