No summer plans yet?
There's still time.
The Hamptons are one of our favorite East Coast escapes, whether you're looking for beautiful beaches, charming villages, boutique hotels, or long lunches & sunset dinners.
If you've never been (or aren't sure which part is right for you), here's a quick guide to the different towns:
🏖️ Southampton
Classic Hamptons charm with beautiful beaches, elegant homes, luxury boutiques, and a walkable downtown. Perfect for first-time visitors.
🐎 Bridgehampton
Refined and upscale, known for sprawling estates, polo, equestrian culture, vineyards, and a quieter luxury atmosphere.
🌾 Water Mill & Sagaponack
Peaceful, residential, and surrounded by farmland, wineries, and open landscapes. Ideal if you're looking to slow down and unwind.
🛍️ East Hampton
The social heart of the Hamptons, blending designer shopping, galleries, historic streets, and a lively yet sophisticated energy.
🌊 Amagansett
Relaxed, beachy, and effortlessly cool. Think laid-back coastal living, farm stands, quiet beaches, and a true local feel.
⚓ Sag Harbor
A charming waterfront village with historic character, boutique shops, a working marina, and one of the most walkable downtowns Out East.
🌅 Montauk
"The End." Surf culture, dramatic coastline, beach clubs, fishing boats, and a more rugged, carefree vibe than the rest of the Hamptons.
✨ Insider tip: While many visitors rent homes for a week or longer, there are also some fantastic boutique hotels if you're planning a shorter getaway.
Save this for your next East Coast escape. ☀️
