The DANCIN’ AT SEA® Cruise Program began in 1993. Since its inception, countless studios from the USA and Canada have come “aboard” to further enhance their dance performance experience. This program offers elite and innovative dance studios the opportunity to perform their own 20-25-minute prepared show on a Carnival Cruise Line ship in the Main Show Lounge. Owner and operator, Noël McKee, was a

dancer and performed with the second dance group that ever sailed with DANCIN’ AT SEA®. She has worked with DANCIN’ AT SEA® for over seven years and is excited about continuing the legacy of the program and its future. Our per person rates are INCLUSIVE. The cruise fare, port charges, taxes, on board gratuities to service personnel, expenses for stage hands, light and sound technicians, rehearsal and performances, dance workshops, welcome and farewell receptions are included in your price. Most important, ALL groups are accompanied by a DANCIN’ AT SEA® staff member to ensure a flawless and worry-free experience. The staff’s knowledge of the cruise line industry and dance world enables them to provide you with unsurpassed service. This "hands on" approach is our specialty.

🌴 ONE OF OUR FAVORITE BEACHES JUST GOT AN UPGRADE! 🌴

Carnival has completed a major transformation of Half Moon Cay, now called RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay!☀️🏖️🍹

🛳️ New Pier
The most significant addition is a new pier, allowing Carnival ships to dock directly at the island instead of tendering.
* No waiting for tender boats
* Faster access to the island
* More ships can visit each week
* Easier boarding for families and guests with mobility concerns
(Some sailings may still require a water shuttle)
🍔 New Restaurants & Food Venues
Several new and upgraded dining locations have opened:
* Orchid Beach Grill
* Hibiscus Beach Grill
* Stay Awhile Beach Shack
These venues expand the complimentary beach lunch options and provide more places to grab food throughout the island.
🍹 New Bars
New island themed bars include:
* Luna Tide Beach Bar
* Lil’ Tiki Bar
More drink locations means shorter lines and easier access to your favorite tropical cocktails. 🍹🌴
🏖️ Expanded Beach Area
The island now features:
* Expanded beachfront space
* More complimentary loungers

🌺 New Beach Club
A new beach club area has been added, along with renovated facilities and refreshed public spaces. Carnival has emphasized preserving the natural beauty that made Half Moon Cay famous while adding more amenities.

🛳️ Carnival Cruise Check In Instructions

Once your profile is set up: • Select “Manage My Booking” • Enter your booking number (found on your invoice)
This is where you will: ✔️ Complete your online check-in ✔️ Purchase shore excursions ✔️ Add drink packages and other extras

⏰ Check-In Timeline
2 weeks before sailing:

You will be able to: • Select your arrival appointment time at the terminal • Enter your travel documents (passport or birth certificate) • Add a credit card for onboard expenses (we do not recommend using a debit card as they will place holds, per person, per day)
Your onboard account is linked to your Sail & Sign card, which also serves as your: 💳 Onboard spending card 🔑 Room key

📄 Important Documents
After completing check-in, please: • Print your boarding passes (one for each guest) • Print your luggage tags (one for each checked bag)

⚠️ Important: Do NOT pack these documents in your checked luggage. You will need them at the terminal along with your proper identification.

⭐ Priority Check-In (Select Guests)
If you are: • Staying in a suite, OR • A Platinum or Diamond member of Carnival’s VIFP program
You may check in 2 weeks + 2 days before sailing for earlier arrival times.
You will also have access to a priority check-in line at the terminal for faster boarding-be sure to look for signage when you arrive.

🌎 Non-U.S. citizens: Be sure to carefully review all required travel documentation prior to sailing.
